Dr. Liu is currently the Head of HPC Application Support Team of Inspur. Since joining Inspur, he and his team has mainly engaged in the optimization and acceleration of large-scale scientific computing applications among the field of meteorology, oceanography, climatology, physics, life sciences, chemistry and so on. At Inspur, he has designed and developed an in-house software Teye for monitoring and analyzing HPC application features. In addition, he has refined and deepened the Inspur HPC application features analysis method and also extracted a methodology for profiling computational sciences applications from perspectives of theory and algorithm. He and his team have been involved, designed, and optimized the core code and algorithm in a number of research works on multi computational science and achieved excellent results. Dr. Liu received his PhD in Condensed Matter Physics at Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011.
