As there is a high demand for hotel rooms in the summer, we have made a block booking for PASC19 participants at several hotels in Zurich and in close proximity to ETH Zurich. We have secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms, which are available on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you book, the better selection you will get.

The room block will be released on May 10, 2019. We cannot guarantee room availability after this date.

In order to benefit from the room block you must book your hotel using the hotel booking portal. Enter your arrival date and departure date in the respective fields. Please click here to see the location of the hotels relative to the conference venue.

Shortly after making a booking online, you will receive a confirmation from Zurich Tourismus. If you don't receive it, please inform the Tourist Information.

All modifications or cancellations should be done through Zurich Tourismus, either via e-mail or phone: +41 (0)44 215 40 00. The cancellation terms for each hotel are listed on their specific webpage in the hotel booking portal.

City Tax

Tourists have to pay taxes per person/night in the amount of CHF 2.50.
